Kelapa Creative Agency is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager with a proven track record of managing high-performing social media accounts. In this role, you will play a key part in developing innovative strategies to enhance the online presence of both our agency and our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Crafting and executing comprehensive social media strategies.

- Managing multiple client accounts, ensuring content is on-brand and effective.

- Staying ahead of social media trends and adapting strategies accordingly.

- Collaborating with creative and marketing teams to develop impactful campaigns.

- Writing short form content (including captions for social media and blog posts) in English at a high calibre.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in managing successful social media campaigns.

- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

- A proactive approach, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

- Strong time-keeping.

- Attention to detail and quality control.

- Proficient problem solving & initiative.

- Ability to memorise and carry out instructions in a fast paced environment.

- Bali-based or open to relocation (Cemagi office location).

- Additional Details: Open to Indonesian citizens only.
