Performance Marketing Executive

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across various digital channels ( Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and Programmatic channels )
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the best practices, strategies, and offerings in paid Search & social media, competitive landscape, and any new opportunities.
• Manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing ROI.
• Create monthly & daily reports, conduct research, and collaborate with other teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing funnels and advanced setup functionality for paid ads.
• Strong understanding of ad formats on social media platforms, Google, & Programmatic.
• Proven experience in setting up remarketing ads and conducting A/B testing.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, Appsflyer, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data with a strong analytical and critical thinking mindset.
