Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across various digital channels ( Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and Programmatic channels )
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the best practices, strategies, and offerings in paid Search & social media, competitive landscape, and any new opportunities.
- Manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing ROI.
- Create monthly & daily reports, conduct research, and collaborate with other teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing funnels and advanced setup functionality for paid ads.
- Strong understanding of ad formats on social media platforms, Google, & Programmatic.
- Proven experience in setting up remarketing ads and conducting A/B testing.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, Appsflyer, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data with a strong analytical and critical thinking mindset.
