Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan end-to-end pre-production needs, including storyboard development, tools and equipment preparation, location surveys, and talent arrangements.
2. Collaborate with the MarComm team to produce high-quality content for the company's marketing needs.
3. Oversee the production phase, including setting up the shooting site, managing lighting, audio, framing, angles, and the recording process.
4. Edit video footage from raw clips to produce high-quality final results.
5. Create various types of content, including promotional clips and event documentation.
6. Stay updated with the latest videography and editing technology and trends.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of a diploma in Visual Communication Design, Broadcasting, Multimedia, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of professional experience, with a preference for experience in the beauty industry.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience in video production, including familiarity with relevant technology and trends.
4. Proficient in using video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.
5. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
7. Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and actively engaged with social media platforms.
