Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Selection Manager Intern at Candina Group. The Intern will be responsible for screening and selecting marine personnel, managing crew logistics, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, captains, and catering departments, as well as utilizing the web/air platform to check relevant data.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English
  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment
  • No maritime industry experience required, training will be provided
  • Preferable Fresh graduate and youngest with aggressive learner
  • Ability to conduct up to 5 selections daily
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Familiarity with various recruitment needs for different positions
  • Availability Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (local time)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams for internal communication
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI and Oracle is a plus
  • Excellent collaboration skills with HR, operations, and finance teams
