Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on suppliers to evaluate their compliance with legal and ethical requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while mitigating risks.
• Monitor and audit procurement activities to identify and address compliance issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, or related field.
• Previous experience in procurement or compliance roles.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
