Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for office expansion, including location scouting, budgeting, and timeline management.
- Identify potential office locations, conduct feasibility studies, and analyze market trends to determine the best sites for expansion.
- Negotiate lease terms to the landlords, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with the company’s objectives.
- Review all legal documents, including liaising with Finance, Tax, Legal, Compliance and HQ team
- Develop a layout test fit for senior management approval
- Able to operate AutoCAD for layouting purposes
- Prepare and held tender for design and/or build from pre tender until post tender stage including reviewing tender technical and commercial proposal.
- Oversee the entire office setup process, including design, construction, IT infrastructure, and furnishing.
- Identify and manage relationships with contractors, architects, designers, and other vendors.
- Ensure all office expansions comply with local and regional regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Develop and manage the budget for office expansion projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, IT, and senior management, to ensure smooth and efficient office setups.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, budget adherence, and any potential risks or issues to senior management.
- At least 4 years of working experience in a similar capacity (Facility Office Management or Office Expansion project related)
- Bachelor Degree from any major from reputable university
- Good problem-solving skill and has a strong sense of responsibilities
- Multi tasking ability with good project management skills
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
