  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for collecting and recording the necessary documents for the company's monthly tax reports
  • Timely updating of bank reconciliation and the company’s cash book
  • Recording invoices paid and received during the month (Output Tax Invoices and Input Tax Invoices)
  • Preparing and managing financial reports, including invoices, reimbursements, cash flow statements, balance sheets, operating income statements, fixed asset reports, and bank reconciliations
  • Managing retail order receipts, inventory purchases, and sales transactions
  • Ensuring accuracy in financial records and their alignment with tax reports and compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
  • Experienced in the Retail / E-Commerce industry
  • Knowledgeable about tax regulations in Indonesia
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance & accounting with the ability to handle corporate tax reports, prepare financial documents, and manage financial operations independently
  • Honest, with a good personality, high integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility
