  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a relevant degree and over 5 years of experience, skilled in process mapping, ERP, project management, and change management. The ideal candidate will deliver tailored consulting services, optimize client processes, lead projects, mentor teams, and ensure compliance, all while staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Min bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or similar with.
  • Min 5 years experience in related areas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English is preferred.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research & data analysis skills.
  • Posses technical experience in Process Mapping and Modeling, ERP and Business Process Management Systems (BPMS), Project Management and Change Management.

Take responsibility for delivery of Business Consulting work services including but not limited to:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Understand client business needs to deliver customized consulting solutions.
  • Process Assessment: Conduct detailed evaluations of client business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement using data analysis and best practices.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Develop and present strategic recommendations for process improvements, ensuring alignment with the client's overall business strategy.
  • Project Oversight: Plan, execute, and deliver consulting projects on time, within scope, and on budget, meeting client expectations.
  • Process Design & Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of new or optimized business processes, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with client goals. Manage the change process and provide training for successful adoption.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring high-quality work and fostering professional development.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Identify risks associated with process changes and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, seeking innovative solutions to enhance client processes and consulting services.
