Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of creative concepts and campaigns that align with the brand's vision and objectives.
- Manage a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the highest quality output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to develop integrated marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Present creative concepts and proposals to internal stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating ideas and rationale.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a creative director or in a senior creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across various mediums.
- Leadership and management skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
- Expertise in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas.
