  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and dismissing any employees at the branch.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management
  • Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
  • Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch
  • Hire and train all employees of the branch

Branch Manager / Operations Manager will lead Operations, Sales and Administration Team and responsible for all matter and process, including several sub-branches.

  • Strong communication skill (spoken and written) in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Good leader, influencer & negotiator. High-achiever person.
  • Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably from Industrial Engineering and at least 5 (five) years of proven career track in logistics and supply chain, program management, with Cash Management background being a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of Management or Senior Supervisory experience.
  • Have strong competencies in detail process & numbers
  • Proactive and open-minded, with superior analytical thinking and problem solving skills, enjoy taking up challenges and developing creative solutions.
  • Experience hiring and training individuals
  • Willing to be placed at any branch of PT. Brinks Solutions Indonesia in the future.
