Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic IoT Engineer (IoT Tech Support) to join our team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates with a basic understanding of IoT technologies, but candidates with hands-on experience in IoT will be highly preferred. You will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, and troubleshooting IoT devices and systems to ensure smooth operations at job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the functionality and data of IoT devices to ensure their normal operation.
  • Perform continuous monitoring of MH02/Smart-D across all job sites via the client’s dashboard.
  • Take corrective actions when deviations are detected in the IoT devices.
  • Perform quality control checks on IoT devices at job sites according to the specified timeframe.
  • Conduct hardware sweeps to locate IoT devices across job sites.
  • Assist with the installation of IoT devices for pilot projects at job sites.
  • Configure and set up IoT devices according to the scheduled timeframe.
  • Deploy software and apply patches to IoT devices based on the scheduled timeframe.
  • Document the installation of IoT devices at job sites.
  • Prepare and submit BAST reports on monthly basis.

Qualifications:

  • SMA/SMK/D3/S1 Electronics Engineering/S1 Computer Science/S1 System Information (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
  • Knowledge of IoT platforms
  • C/C++ or Python programing skill
  • Experience in hardware wiring
  • Familiar with Arduino programming
  • Knowledge of GPS trackers
  • Kowledge of Edge Computing
  • Willing to work on-site in East Kalimantan
