Role Description

This is a full-time ICU Product Specialist role located in Kota Bekasi. As an ICU Product Specialist, you will be responsible for :

1. Deeply knowledge on ICU products and ICU Clinical workflow on .

2. Doing Presentation on customer.

3. Market Analysis and Making Monthly or activity reports.

4. Support Sales Teams.

5. KOL maintaining in Critical Care Area.

6. Competitor Analysis.

7. Passionate on Critical Care area, Initiative for market trends analayze.

8. Internal product knowledge coaching for team and monitoring sales knowledge review.

9. Passionate on Healtcare Informatics

10. ICU events actively and have good new networks on Critical Care Ecosystem in Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication
  • Experience in Critical Care/ ICU and ICU workflow in Hospital
  • Highly recommended have experience as sales and product ICU specialist minimum 3 Years
  • Deeply understanding with ICU products (Ventilator, Patient Monitor, Syringe and Infusion Pump, Infusion Warmer, ECMO, Etc)
  • Customer Service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of ICU medical devices and workflow
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (S1 Keperawatan, D3 Critical Care Nurse, Etc)
