  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Organize and control payment transactions for obligations, routine and non-routine bills, employee salaries, rent, and corporate taxes through banking according to the schedule and regulations.
  • Organize and control bank balances, expenditures, and their recording in the company's financial system to ensure timely financial reporting.
  • Organize and control the circulation of petty cash funds by ensuring the funds are used appropriately and the balance is sufficient.
  • Prepare budget reports and the realization of company expenditures.
  • Coordinate with banks for the provision of new accounts and EDC machines.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting or Financial Management
  • At least 2 years in a similar position
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Good leadership abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Understanding of banking transaction processes
  • Knowledge of financial journal entries
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial reports
  • Familiarity with accounting software (especially Accurate)
  • Understanding of the payment process for purchases
