Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources and General Affair Staff at One Third Consulting & Abroad. The role involves managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overseeing HR operations. The staff will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HR regulations, handling employee relations, and contributing to the overall HR strategy of the company.

Qualifications
  • Human Resources (HR) Management and Personnel Management skills
  • Has work experience in developing and implementing HR policies min 2 years
  • Familar with E- dabu, SIPP, and Permit Online
  • Knowledge of employee benefits administration
  • Strong understanding of HR regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
