Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree from any field
- At least 2 years of working experience as Operations Manager in BPO/Contact Center Industry
- Fluent in English Language (verbal and written) - having an English Level certificate of at least B2 is preferred
- Excellent Computer literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
- Expertise in CS Management, Customer & Client Satisfaction (part of KPI)
