Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Catering Chef at Indonesia Research Institute Japan. The Catering Chef will be responsible for overseeing food service, customer service, cooking, catering, and managing food & beverage operations on-site in Fresh Market Kota Wisata, Cikeas, CIbubur.
Qualifications
- Cooking and/or Catering expertise (last position CDP/Demi Chef/Senior Cook/Commis 1 or catering related)
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
- Experience in menu planning and budgeting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in procurement and stock inventory
Note:
- Working days: Monday - Friday / 9 hours per day
- THP 5,5 - 6 mio (negotiable)
- Domiciled in Cikeas, Cibubur (preferred)
- Have personal owned vehicle (SIM C)
- Able to start working in January 2025
