  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the purchasing department in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate purchase records in the system.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and invoice discrepancies.
  • Assist in vendor sourcing and qualification processes.
  • Provide support in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to purchasing activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a purchasing or procurement department.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
