As Maintenance & Engineering Manager you will be responsible to plan, manage and control the maintenance and engineering system of total plant equipment & machinery to ensure maintenance system complies with Standard Preventive Maintenance from OEM, conduct OE procedures and KORE procedures, to support operation equipment and Plant Facilities are in good operating condition, uninterrupted process, utility equipment work properly, effective and efficient and conduct engineering process for continual improvements and supporting capital project

Qualifications

  • Min. 5-8 years in FMCG Company and having 3 years’ experience to Lead Maintenance & Engineering Team or similar roles in Engineering.
  • Having experience in FMCG or Beverage industry is preferable.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Having knowledge of Lean Concept.
  • Fluency in English
