Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Designing the development of long-term group strategy and aligning business unit / department goals, processes and resource allocation with the company strategy.
- Researches and analyzes industry and competitive trends to identify emerging market opportunities and strategic areas of interest.
- Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders to support and guide business units / department decision-making processes.
- Identifies and prioritizes product and service improvement opportunities and creates plans for implementation.
- Partners with other areas of the business (e.g., Marketing, Sales, etc.) to model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies, and establish good relations with both internal and external parties.
- Monitoring, evaluating the implementation of strategies, goals achievement of business unit / department are running according to the plan to ensure the performance.
Does it match your criteria?
- S1 in Business Management or Management, A master's degree in Business Administration will be a plus.
- 4 – 6 years experience in Business, Management Consulting or Strategic Planning.
- Solid understanding of data analysis, busniness architecture.
- Good knowledge about FMCG Industry, Skincare Industry, Retail, E-Commerce
