Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Manager to oversee and optimize our lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion processes. This role will play a critical part in scaling our marketing efforts, ensuring leads are engaged and converted into sales, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience throughout their journey.

Exciting Challenges:

  • Increasing leads: Identifying and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract a steady stream of high-quality leads.
  • Boosting revenue: Optimizing conversion rates and average order value to increase revenue.
  • Monitoring funnel: Tracking and analyzing key metrics throughout the customer journey to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee lead generation activities, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Oversee and optimize the entire marketing funnel, from lead acquisition to conversion.
  • Develop and maintain a lead nurturing process to engage leads and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing & sales team, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Analyze and interpret marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Measure and report on key marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven 5 years of managerial experiences in marketing, lead generation, or a related role, preferably in the edutech or online education industry. Demonstrated knowledge of Capital market, wealth, and financial content is a plus
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics, coupled with proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven expertise in Digital Ads Specialist, Performance Marketing, SEO or SEM Specialist, etc. Mastery of Google Ads & social media ads (especially Meta & TikTok) on a technical level. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google My Business.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
