Role Purpose:

Oversees sales activities within assigned home pass areas, managing both door-to-door and sales partner channels. Focuses on achieving sales targets, including gross adds with good quality customers, and supports regional goals. Analyzes sales performance within the area to identify root causes of performance issues and develops and implements strategies to address these challenges. Ensures effective performance of team leaders and account executives, drives sales growth, and adapts strategies based on performance insights to improve overall results. Contributes to achieving net add goals through targeted actions and continuous performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Professional certifications in sales or marketing are an advantage.
  3. Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Related Experience:

  1. Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Experience in managing sales teams and driving performance.
  4. Experience in analyzing sales data and developing strategies based on insights.
