  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Referral at Siloam Hospitals Group in South Jakarta. The Account Referral will be responsible for handling communication, providing exceptional customer service, managing prior authorizations, understanding medical terminology, and dealing with insurance matters on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Prior Authorization and knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Insurance handling capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any major
