Role: Graphic Designer
Location: Full-time, on-site role based in Nusa Dua, Bali.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong creative vision and attention to detail. You will be responsible for designing a wide variety of visual assets for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and print materials. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Social Media & Content Specialist, Website Administrator, and our digital marketing agency to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. This role is ideal for someone with professional experience in graphic design who is ready to take on creative challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality visuals for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and print materials.
- Work closely with the Social Media & Content Specialist to develop engaging visuals that align with brand messaging and content strategies.
- Design layouts and graphics for the website, ensuring an intuitive and visually appealing user experience.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing agency to create visually compelling ads and marketing materials that drive engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and apply them to keep our brand fresh and modern.
- Ensure all visual content meets brand guidelines and is optimised for different formats and platforms.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Figma, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
- Ability to balance multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
- A degree or formal qualification in graphic design or a related field is ideal.
Bonus (but not essential):
- Experience creating visuals for social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with video editing or motion graphics.
- Experience in the hospitality, events, or F&B industries.
