Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer at Cheil Worldwide Indonesia, you will be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs for print, broadcast, and other traditional media channels. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' brands to life and driving impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and translate them into high-quality designs for ATL campaigns, including print advertisements, billboards, television commercials, and other traditional media formats.
  2. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all materials, adhering to brand guidelines while also pushing creative boundaries to differentiate our clients' brands in the market.
  3. Demonstrate flexibility in adapting designs for various media platforms and formats, including digital adaptations when necessary, while maintaining the integrity of the original concept.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design techniques to continually enhance the effectiveness and relevance of our ATL campaigns.
  5. Work collaboratively with copywriters, art directors, and other team members to brainstorm ideas, provide constructive feedback, and ensure the successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) working as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on ATL projects in an advertising agency or similar environment.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
  • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of ATL design projects, demonstrating creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
