Key Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and manage communication strategies and action plans that align with the company’s vision and business objectives.
- Serve as an effective filter for the various business units in helping to determine to company messages' credibility, defensibility, and news value.
- Develop and distribute communication materials: press releases, publications, speakers' briefs, presentation materials, and internal communications.
- Proactively promote stories and other publicity opportunities advantageous to the company.
- Effectively manage the response to incidents, issues, or crises, and manage programs to mitigate negative impacts of incidents affecting the company.
- Analyze metrics to determine the output and value of PR results and use the data as a critical planning tool
- Drive regular planning and alignment meetings with key stakeholders.
- Participate in the development of internal communication strategy and training for employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or a similar field.
- High initiative and thrive to work in fast-paced & dynamic environments.
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Willing to learn, independent, and self-starter.
