Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution support.
  • Foster positive relationships between management and employees, ensuring open communication and a collaborative environment.
  • Manage industrial relations activities, including negotiations, dispute resolutions, and compliance with labor laws.

  • Provide training and support to managers on best practices for employee engagement and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Speaking English Fluently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and industrial relations.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations practices.
  • Proven experience in dealing with labor unions and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage conflict and resolve issues effectively and diplomatically.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Legal background with knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations is highly preferred.
