Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution support.
- Foster positive relationships between management and employees, ensuring open communication and a collaborative environment.
- Manage industrial relations activities, including negotiations, dispute resolutions, and compliance with labor laws.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with labor unions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Handle collective bargaining agreements and participate in negotiations with labor unions.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement programs, including team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement in employee engagement and relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to employee relations and industrial relations.
- Provide training and support to managers on best practices for employee engagement and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Speaking English Fluently
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and industrial relations.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations practices.
- Proven experience in dealing with labor unions and collective bargaining agreements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage conflict and resolve issues effectively and diplomatically.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Legal background with knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations is highly preferred.
