Job Description:

  1. Manage Affiliate Marketing – Develop and optimize affiliate strategies, recruit and onboard affiliates, and monitor their performance to drive sales growth.
  2. Handle Paid KOL Campaigns – Identify, negotiate, and manage paid KOL partnerships, ensuring successful execution of influencer campaigns.
  3. Content Coordination – Oversee content creation for both KOL and affiliate campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
  4. Performance Tracking and Reporting – Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI for continuous improvement.
  5. Trend Research – Stay updated on influencer marketing and affiliate trends, identifying new opportunities and relevant KOLs/affiliates for the brand.
  6. Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and affiliates, ensuring long-term partnerships and negotiating favorable terms.

Job Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or KOL management.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin; ability to negotiate and build relationships with KOLs and affiliates.
  4. Strong analytical abilities to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make informed recommendations for improvement.
  5. Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, with a solid understanding of how KOLs operate within these channels.
  6. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Proven ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across departments to achieve marketing goals.
  8. Willingness to stay current with industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Proficient in using marketing tools and software for campaign management, performance tracking, and reporting.
  10. Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and optimize campaign effectiveness.
