Responsibilities

1. Identify potential customers or prospects who may be interested in the products or services offered.

2. Introduce the product or service to potential customers, explain its benefits, and answer their questions.

3. Negotiate with customers to reach profitable agreements, including prices, payment terms, and more.

5. Provide good service, including answering customer questions and problems.

6. Report sales results, follow sales developments, and integrate developments in achieving sales targets.

7. Conduct market research to understand trends, competition and customer needs that can influence sales strategies.

8. Build good relationships with existing customers and potentially maintain their loyalty.

9. Look for new opportunities to reach new customers and expand the customer base.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or in Sales, especially in companies dealing with training, certification, or B2B services.

2. Able to make business proposals

3. Strong communication & presentation skills.

4. Ability to negotiate with clients and reach agreements.

5. Capable of planning and executing effective sales strategies to meet sales targets.

6. Strong leadership & management skills.

7. Passive and active English proficiency.
