Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all legal activities, including contract management, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Provide legal advice and support across various departments to ensure business operations comply with relevant laws.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including construction agreements, leases, and vendor contracts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law with 8-10 years of legal experience, preferably in manufacturing, real estate, construction, or corporate law.
- Experience in managing contracts, regulatory compliance, and legal disputes.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex transactions.
- Proven ability to lead a legal team and work cross-functionally with different departments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
