Responsible :

  • Set the strategic direction of the corporate university, ensuring it aligns with the organization's overall mission and objectives.
  • Design and oversee the creation of structured, comprehensive learning pathways for employees at all levels.
  • Supervise the creation of training programs and ensure they are effective and relevant.
  • Oversee the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs), and other technologies.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of the corporate university’s programs in terms of business impact and employee development.
  • Focus on developing the next generation of leaders within the company through structured leadership development tracks.

Qualification :

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field is usually the minimum requirement.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of Experience in Training and Development.
  • Experience overseeing the development and implementation of large-scale learning initiatives or programs is valuable.
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing different learning modalities: classroom training, e-learning, blended learning.
  • Strong project management skills for managing the development and delivery of training programs on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with emerging learning technologies (e-learning tools, mobile learning, virtual reality training).
