Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for service operation work, developing operation standard manuals, integrating and analyzing operation data, and providing service operation support.

2. Responsible for customer service operations and optimizing courses. Continuously optimize customer service operation coaching courses and coaching tools. Organize online courses on customer protection operations and offline in store coaching courses to help dealers improve customer retention and customer stickiness.

3. Responsible for formulating business policies, evaluating dealer services, and tracking weak point rectification.

4. Responsible for following up on the implementation of localized service IP in the market, completing the online promotion of service IP content, and tracking the execution of dealer implementation.

5. Service product design and promotion

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, with certain reading and writing abilities in English.

2. Priority will be given to candidates with over 3 years of experience in service operation, service planning, and service provider management.

3. Familiar with dealer operation management system methods, proficient in service management, network management, and service planning, with the ability to independently build systems.

4. Responsible, with strong communication and adaptability skills, team collaboration awareness, and business acumen.
