Job Description
  • Food & Beverage Manager to organize and direct a team essentially oriented towards customer service & satisfaction in the restaurant, bar, room service, banquet and executive lounge.
  • Ensure the delivery of all orders while maintaining a high quality of service, creates constantly and consistently maximum guest satisfaction in all Food & Beverage outlets
  • Insure that all expenses: food cost, beverage cost, labour cost and other expenses are within budgetary limits

Qualifications
  • Minimum degree from reputable academy / university
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience / similar position with proven track record in a midscale/upscale hotel
  • Highly motivated, ability to work under pressure
  • Strong team player
