Key Responsibilities
- Take an active role in promoting and selling our educational programs and services.
- Generate and identify leads through various channels and strategies.
- Conduct consultations to students and parents also presenting our programs in a compelling manner.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with all students and parents to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and campaigns that align with the customer's needs.
- Work towards meeting the set sales targets.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented mindset, driven to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with educational and CRM products or services is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
- Ready to undertake business trips to meet clients and participate in company exhibition
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Fluency in a foreign language, preferably English, is a plus.
- Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
