  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Specializing in PET bottles with Injection Stretch Blow Molding technology, as well as various trays, cups, and lids. The company serves clients in industries such as Food & Beverages, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, and more.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to oversee the efficient and effective operations of our production facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing production teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet production targets.
  • Manage and supervise production teams, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement quality control measures to minimize defects and waste.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely supply of materials and equipment.
  • Analyze production data and prepare reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and meet customer requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, production planning tools.
