- Collaborate with the customer service team to address any marketplace-related customer issues, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
- ⁠Assist in improving the overall customer experience by analyzing reviews and feedback and implementing necessary improvements.
- Help in managing advertising campaigns (e.g., sponsored products) on marketplace platforms.
- Track advertising spend and performance to ensure campaigns are effective, within budget, and achieving targeted ROA.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure that e-commerce strategies and tasks are aligned.
- Provide regular updates to the e-commerce lead/manager on ongoing tasks, potential challenges, and areas for improvement.

Requirements :
- Experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, Lazada, Zalora, & Blibli)→ Experience in food & beverage /Beauty / Health category is a plus
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, including product listing optimization and campaign management.
- ⁠Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with sales data and platform analytics.
- ⁠Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- ⁠Proactive and able to take initiative in daily operations.
- ⁠Team player with good communication skills, both internally and externally.
