Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Inaura Professional located in Summarecon Bekasi. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The role will involve collaborating with HR managers to understand staffing needs and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for all parties involved.

Qualifications

• Responsible of fulfilment ManPower Request.
• Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, until onboarding.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Build and maintain applicant database by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites.
• Manage and maintain job portal.
• Monitoring recruitment progress and recruitment report
• Strong organizational and time management skills
