Responsibilities

Prepare and produce financial performance and analysis reports, including profitability report for Management and Shareholders
Identify trends, variances (vs Budget), and key performance indicators to assess the company's financial condition
Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts
Prepare financial reports and regular presentations for management, investors and other stakeholders (if required).
Supporting the month-end closing including the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
Collecting, preparing and analyzing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates of cash flows
Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data for analysis to Management
Supporting audits
Identify inefficiencies of processes and propose and implement solutions to streamline workflows for increased productivity.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, and familiar with Financial Statements, P&L, and Reporting, Financial Planning.
Have a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in the same field (preferably have experience in the manufacturing industry).
Excellent mastery of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
Have good analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
Have a keen eye on numbers.
Familiar with Accounting system and ERP Systems.
Proficiency in English is preferred.
If you have experience in Consultant Company or Finance/Business Management would be a plus point.
The ability to think objectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
