About the position

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Activation & Event Lead to drive strategic campaigns and elevate brand engagement. This role is ideal for a marketing enthusiast passionate about creative storytelling and impactful campaigns!

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand activation, event management, or marketing.
  • Strong project management skills to lead multiple campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Budget management expertise for cost optimization.
  • Data-driven mindset for campaign performance.
  • Proven success in brand campaigns.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute brand activation plans for enhanced brand visibility.
  • Lead engaging campaigns using market insights.
  • Set targets and forecasts for events.
  • Manage Out-of-Home advertising.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with influencers and organizations.
  • Monitor budgets for cost-effective results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Optimize strategies using data insights.
  • Stay updated on trends for innovative brand activations.
