Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Business Development Lead role at lingkaran. The role will oversee 2 business units: lingkaranx as corporate training and brand activation provider, and JIKAMAKA as marketing agency.

Requirements

  • Proven min. 4 years working experience as a business developer, sales, account, or any relevant role
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably – but not limited in Business, Marketing, Relation, and Communication
  • Have great knowledge and am passionate about the creative and training industry
  • Ambitious, energetic, and have good communication and negotiation skills
  • Have good time management and planning skills
  • Strong in detail and strict to timeline
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects and clients at the same time
  • Able to work in a creative and fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction
  • Research to identify competitors, industry positioning, new markets, and customer needs
  • Create leads as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Responsible for managing B2B projects, both internal (team) and external (clients and vendors)
  • Responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and other partners before, during and after the project is implemented

Organization Structure

Departement: Business Development & Sales. Will be working under B2B and Marketing Agency Lead, will oversee BD & Sales Officer and Account Executives
