Job Description:
- Define project goals, scope, and objectives, creating detailed project plans with clear timelines and resource needs.
- Specify product requirements and work closely with development teams to ensure clarity and progress.
- Oversee the entire software product lifecycle, monitor development, and provide status updates to clients and management.
- Create project plans for feature enhancements and perform user acceptance tests.
- Collaborate with developers to balance usability and performance, establish a technical vision, and support new product initiatives.
- Ensure project delivery adheres to SLAs, perform quality control, troubleshoot issues, and lead problem-solving efforts.
- Analyze project risks and present findings to senior management, compile reports for stakeholders, and evaluate project outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software development projects and exposure to diverse technologies.
- 2+ years as a technical leader, 3+ years in project management and delivery.
- Experience in ERP/HR business processes, specifically in time management and payroll.
- Strong IT infrastructure knowledge, especially cloud computing.
- Skills: Programming, system/business analysis, SDLC, UML, Java, project management, SCRUM, Agile, and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with proficiency in English
