Job Description:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve B2B targets and collaborations.
- Analyze the market and trends to identify new opportunities and develop relevant action plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and collaborators.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and operations to ensure consistency and sustainability in business development.
- Identify, develop, and implement new business growth and store expansion strategies.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the retail or fashion industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and effectively manage a team.
- Good analytical skills with experience in analyzing market data and business trends.
- Extensive network in the related industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Excellent communication skills, including effective presentations and negotiations.
- Willing to work fully on-site in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
