Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Creation Executive at GlobalTix, based in Batam City. The Product Creation Executive will be responsible for onboarding new attractions, tours, and experiences to the GlobalTix Marketplace platform. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with suppliers and merchants to ensure products are accurately and attractively represented.
  • Managing pricing, descriptions, images, and other content for resellers to facilitate smooth ticket bookings.
  • Coordinating with tech, commercial, and customer service teams to integrate products seamlessly into the system, ensuring an optimal experience for both partners and customers.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree holders
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office, ticketing platforms, or other digital tools is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively manage relationships with suppliers and merchants, ensuring accuracy in product listings.
  • Basic understanding of the tourism industry and marketplace operations is an advantage.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
