SID is dedicated to improving health and human development at the community level through research, evidence-based programs, participatory decision-making, and sustainable actions. Since 2007, SID has been implementing various maternal and child health research, digital health projects, and programs across Indonesia in partnership with national and international organizations.

Job Overview

You will manage the HR team to make sure staff availability is fulfilled, also discipline and active participation in daily activities of the SID team is well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization vision and mission
  • Uphold Organization rules for both staff and the organization to comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Make sure HR Administration is being properly managed and applied.
  • Monthly report on HR Metrics.
  • Payroll monitoring and reporting.
  • Take Disciplinary action as needed.
  • Provide support and guidance to HR Team.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years of Managerial experience as HR Manager or 5 year as HR Supervisor is a must.
  • Good understanding of Indonesia’s Labor Law.
  • Have a good communication and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resource metrics and knowledge of HR Systems and databases.
  • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Able to speak in public, excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in english is a must.
  • Ready to work ASAP.
