Job Purpose
Manage engineering department activities, to deliver optimum plant reliability, in line with process and production needs by adopting best technical practices and procedures that refer to company’s engineering specification / standard, Indonesia and international standards, and support the project including Turnaround Maintenance (TAM) Project, which are well managed to achieve high Reliability of Plant
Job Accountabilities
- the team to develop, review, update and change of company’s engineering specification standard to achieve plant asset/equipment integrity by collaborating with other parties for alignment of Management of Change (MOC) work process outcome.
- the team to conduct assessment on integrity and Reliability of plant asset / equipment including develop maintenance strategy program to ensure reliability of plant asset / equipment, based on company’s engineering specification standard and other relevant code/practice.
- the team to conduct audit on maintenance strategy implementation (PM plan and Reliability Improvement program) result including evaluation and review existing maintenance strategy to improve the reliability of plant asset / equipment based on company’s engineering specification standard.
- the team to support Maintenance team for root cause investigation with clear recommendation for corrective & preventive actions (CA-PA) including proactive action to comply with company’s engineering specification standard.
- the team to control and monitor reliability performance of plant asset / equipment to comply with company’s engineering specification standard.
- the team to collaborate with other parties or company’s line function to support construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of new or modified plant asset/equipment to comply with company’s engineering specification standard.
- the team to conduct evaluation or assessment of engineering change request (ECR) implementation result based on plan-do-check-action (PDCA) concept to verify compliance for plant asset/equipment integrity based on company’s engineering specification standard.
- the team to support other parties or company’s line functions who conducting risk assessment due to ECR or MOC requirement such as JOHAN, HAZOP, LOPA, and others for plant asset/equipment to comply with company’s engineering specification standard.
- the team to provide technical assistance to other parties or company’s line function teams in relation with engineering specification for revamping, troubleshooting, maintaining and operating of plant asset / equipment to achieve optimum production company’s ability as well as to ensure that the work to be carried out is in accordance with appropriate technical implementation procedures.
- the team to evaluate the operational technology configuration used based on company’s engineering specification standard to ensure that hardware and software will work properly.
- the team to support the Maintenance team working on the preparation and implementation of TAM, starting from development of work lists, work packages, bidding document, quotation proposal evaluation (TE), implementation of TAM work until preparing the final report.
Job Requirements
- S1 in Engineering from reputable universities
- Experience as Manager in Manufacturing Company, preferably in Petrochemical.
- Minimum 12 years working experiences, includes 5 years at managerial level
- Has good leadership skill and behavior.
- Has good communication skill.
- Excellent analytical, impact assessment and problem-solving skill.
- Capable for coordinating lines cross sections and different functions
- Excellent Project management skills, engineering design and procedure.
