I - Job description:
- Responsible for developing and implementing Business Plans with key accounts
- Responsible for yearly/ quarterly/ monthly planning and implementing of channel strategy, including that of Product/ Packaging, Pricing, Placement, POSM, and Promotion to drive primary and secondary sales for the whole area.
- Develop the network of customers, partners, new sales opportunities, new models to maximize selling chances.
- Develop sales policies/Trade terms to ensure optimal benefits for the company
- Forecast sales output according to S&OP cycle to optimize efficiency
- Measure all KPIs including SOS, OSA, OOS, Promotion Compliance….
II - Job requirement:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years same position in FMCG environment (Prefer Food & Beverage Manufacturer)
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and other business systems
- Good English communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
- Teamwork / aggressive / communication/ Self-driven/ proactive
