  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for FnB industry, one of AKRUA's clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service quality, and managing a dedicated team in a vibrant food and beverage environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe
  • Help Hire and onboard new wait staff and baristas
  • Planning new menu items
  • Train employees on drinks/food preparation and proper use of equipment
  • Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed
  • Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
  • Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy
  • Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation

Requirements and skills

  • Work experience as a Cafe Manager (min 1.5 year)
  • Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines
  • Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Customer service attitude
  • Basic English conversation is needed
  • Willing to WFO at BlokM
