  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Content Moderator E-Commerce responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules, and systems to ensure quality.

Basic Requirements:

- Minimum D3 / S1 any major

- Minimum GPA 2.75

- Fresh Graduate are welcome

- FLUENT ENGLISH both of Written and Reading (minimum B1 Intermediate)

- Communicative.

- Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday.

- Willing to place in YOGYAKARTA.

- Candidates can work immediately if they pass the user interview.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and monitor online content and advertising content in accordance with company policy

- Review images, videos, accounts, and text-based content

- Follow up on violations of applicable client policies

  • - Maintain the quality of content in each case reviewed

Preferred Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Multi-lingual is highly preferred (depends on the market assignment)
  • Compliance or moderation operations experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Knowledge Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with detail-oriented focus.
  • Experience in E-Commerce buyer/seller/creator services and Trust and Safety guidelines is an added advantage.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
  • Preferably to have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
