Job Title: Customer Support Representative (24/7 Operations)
Location: Yogyakarta (Concentrix - Lippo Plaza Mall Yogyakarta, Jl. Laksda Adisucipto No.32-34, Demangan, Kec. Gondokusuman, Kota Yogyakarta, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 55221). Must be available to work on-site in Yogyakarta.
Employment Type: Full-time Shift: 24/7 Operations
Salary:
- Fresher: IDR 2,843,000 per month
- Experienced: IDR 3,043,000 per month
Additional allowances include:
- Parking Allowance: IDR 60,000 per month
- KPI Bonus: IDR 200,000 per month
- Attendance Bonus: IDR 200,000 per month
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma 3 / Bachelor’s Degree
Language Requirement:
- Proficiency in English (B2 level) - Reading and Writing
Job Summary:
Concentrix is seeking motivated and empathetic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or experienced professionals looking to work in a dynamic 24/7 operational environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality service, meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivering a positive experience in each interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, following agreed-upon procedures.
- Problem Resolution: Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools and resources to resolve non-standard/unstructured issues.
- Issue Documentation: Maintain complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services to efficiently address customer inquiries.
- Customer Engagement: Attend to customer needs and concerns with empathy while maximizing the opportunity to build rapport and enhance satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
- Cross-Selling: Identify and offer additional products and/or services as applicable.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Ability to think conceptually and resolve customer queries that require clarification.
- Capable of working in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts and weekends.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to show empathy and build rapport.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
