The Quality Manager will be responsible for establishing and leading a new quality management team to uphold the high standards expected by the lead factory in Germany and European customers. This role focuses on building a skilled and effective quality team from the ground up, ensuring all quality processes and standards are aligned with European benchmarks. The Quality Manager will be instrumental in setting up quality systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with rigorous quality and safety standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Team Development: Establish and build a new quality management team, focusing on recruiting, training, and developing professionals capable of meeting the highest quality standards while enforcing practices that align with the lead factorys best practices.
  • Integrated Management System: Develop and implement a robust Integrated Management System that ensures compliance with local regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, process efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with Production: Work closely with the Production Manager to ensure that quality assurance processes support overall production goals, particularly in meeting European quality expectations.
  • Supplier Quality Management: Develop and implement strategies to ensure that all suppliers meet the organizations stringent quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Engineering, Purchasing, and other technical units to integrate quality into every aspect of the manufacturing process.
  • Risk Management: Establish effective risk management and non-conformance reporting processes, using suitable methodologies (e.g., 8D, RCA, FMEA) to proactively address quality issues.
  • Quality Reporting: Provide transparent and comprehensive quality reporting, ensuring that both internal stakeholders and customers are kept informed of quality performance.
  • Training Program: Develop and implement a training and competence management program that equips the quality team with the necessary skills to meet and exceed European standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Engineering-to-Order (ETO) business, particularly in energy solutions or related industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
