This is a temporary position for a 6-month maternity leave contract, offering a great opportunity to contribute and grow within our dynamic environment.

Job Description

  • Manage employee private insurance, BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan, and other benefits programs.
  • Communicate and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders and vendors.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities.
  • Manage employee perks.
  • Assist in the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
  • Prepare reports related to salary structures, allowance schemes, and benefits for analysis and review.
  • Work closely with other departments such as Finance and Legal to ensure compliance and alignment on compensation matters.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, or a related field.
  • Having experience in People Operations, HR Coordination, or as an HR Specialist is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with Slack and Talenta
  • Excellent communication skills and a people-first approach.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
